We will serve Hot Dogs, Vegi Dogs and drinks.  Please use the RSVP to indicate any dietary needs.

RSVP:

It is important that you complete the RSVP form so that we know how many people to expect.  We need a count for purchasing food.

Please complete this RSVP form on or before May 31st.

Unhunger Games:

Prepare to have fun. The games, weather permitting, will be a set of field games themed to magic.  Prizes will consist of mystery bags and auction tickets.

Auction:

We have several wonderful prize boxes filled with new and used magic items, and a few other items.  You will deposit your ticket(s) into the bag adjacent to the prize box that you would like.  Once all tickets have been deposited, we will randomly draw a winner from the tickets in the bag.

SYMers will receive tickets for attendance.  Everyone can earn additional tickets by winning the Unhunger Games.

Everyone can purchase additional tickets (priced in increments of  $2 and $5).  We will accept cash only.  It is our intention that ticket sales will assist in covering the cost of the picnic and contribute towards other club expenses.
